I tried the math on this. I really did. I just can’t math. Total time was 20:38 Rx. TTB clicked as a pleasant surprise. The bike tho. No surprise that just hurt my soul.
Jamie, if you were true to 3 minute rests in between sets than your average for each set should be about 1:43.6. Does that sound about right?
