In Teams of 2
3 Rounds:
200 Meter Run
400 Meter Run
600 Meter Run
*One athlete works at a time. Rest the time it takes partner to complete each interval.
WOD Guidance & Goals:
Team up with a buddy at home or better yet, a virtual buddy! These are all Out Intervals. Athlete who goes second has less rest after the 600m. If you do not want to run, you can row or do 4/8/12 flights of stairs.

Oh barbell how I have missed you!!
W/Janice and BAM @ Maynard track – 2 rounds + modified version of yesterday’s wod 2 round ea – about 50 minutes
I couldn’t convince my hubby to do this workout so we just ran 1.3 miles. Mine was about 17 min. I’m going to to yesterday’s workout later.

Around 30ish Mins with the hubz at The track in Natick! We haven’t ran on a track together since 10 years ago nearly when we first met in college! Good today for a run!
