WOD GUIDANCE & GOALS
There’s nothing like an up ladder to mentally and physically challenge yourself! Choose a weight for the shoulder-to-overhead that you can move for 5 reps unbroken before having to break. You’ll start with two reps, and a 100 meter run, then 4 reps, and a 200 meter run, etc., for 16 minutes. Target the round of 14/700
