WOD GUIDANCE & GOALS
You are doing TWELVE movements every minute for 20 minutes. Three fast snatches, to three toes to bar, to three fast thrusters to three burpees, THEN in any time remaining you can rest. You may have anywhere between :20-:30 every minute to collect yourself before the next round. Go light on the snatches and thrusters!

20 rounds 55# cleans, v-ups, squats
MVx (switching to hang snatches halfway thru). Took a round off at 3 different points.
55#/ttb-ku-ttb. Took the burpees off every third round after ten.
Rounds 1-16 / 18-20 MCx (Died on round 17, mentally lost it and took a minute off.)
skipped round 15 … this was a doozie.
1-17 (did the snatches in round 18) 19-20
V-ups , hang snatch

MCx movements rested min 9 and 14. That was a hard re-entry post COVID.
