A few rounds of Burpee‘s crept up into :50…
MVX+ About 5 @ 11/10, took a row off, some 10/10 last 5 or 6 9/9.
MVx 9/9 (rounds 1 – 4)…9/7 rounds 5 – 15…ugh

Started with 12/9 but burpees ended up averaging around 7-8 with lowest at 6
Started 10/13, went down to 12 burpees after 10 mins. Took 2 rounds at half of everything to not die.
so, i started at 13/10 and slowly ended up at 10/10
and took two rounds of burpees off 🫠

15/9 for the remaining 10
