12:09 rx – Finished at 12:04, but then had self-doubt that I only did 8 snatches in round 5, so did 2 more. I’m sticking with the 12:09.

#35 dumbbell but not Rx because on round 2 my knee didn’t make it to the ground on 2 or 3 of the lunges.
My notes – that was in my Rt arm which is weaker then my left. – Should have just redone those few lunges!!!
