Gotta like hanging out at the rig. 85# (forward), 55-65-75# GMs (bet I’ll feel those tomorrow — can’t recall doing them weighted before). Body weight PUs across which for me is a biggie and the most tangible proof of progress since first coming to Daybreak in 2014.

Lunges – started at 175. Fell into the rig, and then almost out the back windows. Changed to 155. Still clumsy.

Then Barbell, during which I must have experienced more age-related confusion. Because…
I went out to my car, threw my stuff on my seat, started backing out, and noticed that the keys I took with me were, in fact, to an Audi. “Ha…” i said. “must have taken someone elses keys.” So I went back in, put them back and left. 20 minutes into my drive to work a phone rang in the car. Not my phone… but A phone. And back I go to DB to return said phone… WTF is happening to me?
