Went too hard on first one, obvi. And my legs were so HEV-VEE today.
1:57/:54/:57/:58 – took 3 minutes between ea round due to high humidity – some how slashed :30 seconds off my 400 m in 5 weeks. Only thing that has changed is macros!!
