The WOD blog is Daybreak’s constant connection to its community. Primarily this will be our member’s go-to page for the workout of the day (posted by 8pm the night prior.) After workouts, the comment box will be used to record workout times, weights, reps, modifications, feelings, and words of encouragement. Look at it as your logbook, an easy way to track your progress. Bookmark this page, you’ll be here often!

You can also expect to see schedule changes, events (socials, competitions, fundraisers, etc.), news and educational posts (nutrition, injury prevention, hydration, etc.)
