6:14 w/ 10 35# SDLHPs for the DLs
Strength portion: 10 Turkish get-ups on each side with 20# KB. Tried using the 35# KB on the right side – once – and nearly smashed my face. Gotta see if there’s a KB between those two weights to work with in my attempt to strengthen my shoulders (and keep the face pretty… haha).
Strength: 365# for 3rep “pause at bottom” deadlift

I stopped at Nick’s Roast Beef in Marlborough and got a large steak and cheese sub with extra steak, but dont worry I had him put mushrooms on it for my vegetable intake (not even sure that they are vegetables).
