Got the dry heaves on this one. I think all the talking about puking almost got to me. 🙂 Have to say, I am blown away by Sara PR’ing pregnant. I cannot wait to see what she’s doing after the baby arrives.
No Fran for me today (going skiing up at Sugarloaf and leaving right after work) but wanted to share that last night I played hockey with my average-age-40+ team against the MIT club team (average age probably 20). We had 9 skaters for the first period, and 10 for the second and third. Walked into the third period down 0-3, and we scored FOUR unanswered goals to win in OT! What a great workout – although my legs were still sore from Paradise City. Crossfit really does help with the rest of life. When I don’t Crossfit regularly, games that like wipe me out. But, for the most part, I felt strong and had legs and lungs to spare for most of the game. Now to see if the working out has prepared me to ski for 3 days!
Wish I could have joined you all with Fran today!….BTW…tough to do a xmas tree thruster.
Heading to Orlando for the weekend. Will miss the gang on Sat. Maybe I’ll WOD with Mickey?
YES! Snatch PR. Big time too. Well done buddy.190 is no joke. On to 2 bills! And then PR Fran? Go play the lottery. Go to the bar. Do something risky because you’ve got the mojo today.
