4 mile run (2 miles from home to DCF and then 2 back). On my “layover at DCF, did yesterday’s WOD: EMOM 12, 6 ring dips (with red band) and 6 strict pu’s (red band). Dropped pu’s to 4 for last two rounds. A fun day for some fitnessing!
17:23 with rx pistols and 115#. Had a blast 1000m into the row when both my glutes/hammies seized up. Stopped for a minute, stretched in the rower, and decided to keep going. Fortunately everything relaxed. Phew!
