Appropriately titled workout because the jerks finally started to “come around”. Big time breakthrough. Been struggling w/ these for a long time. Felt good to finally feel some progress. T2B continue to come along as well.
“Come Around” 9:40 55# A few T2B and the rest – knee’s up. Today marked a gradation day for me, the training wheels are off!! I moved to the Big Girl bar- 35 lb. I’m feeling stronger, I think looking stronger either way, it time. Wheel’s up! Great WOD!
Come Around: 7:46 @ 65# and knees up with last round subbing sit-ups due to a hand tear during round 2. Glad I went with the knees up instead of TTB to work on my progression toward stringing TTB together. However, I think I got a bit TOO aggressive on my kips, thus the tear. At least I have an excuse to stay off the pull-up rig for a few days 🙂

I went unbroken on the jerks, and I only broke once on the toes to bar in round 15 (9 and 6). They are good movements for me.
