Two Step: 16:41 or so. But with a lot of asterisks… 1st round: 15 kipping from floor, 2nd: 15 strict to 2 ab mats, 3rd: 15 kipping from 2 ab mats
That said, in the warm up, I got a few deficit kipping HSPUs from the 45# plates, which was a first. I need to get better with my overhead push, so days like this are painful and demoralizing, but important.
