Fight Gone Bad – 331 Rx.
This is a HUGE PR for me. I can’t get access to the old blogs at CrossFit Newton but I don’t ever remember getting out of the 270’s. I remember not being able to move between exercises and wasting so much time standing around. Certainly wasn’t the case today. Every day, another thing happens to make me realize that this nutrition thing is legit. 100% committed to keeping most of it going after July 3rd. Tried to shoot for the following rep targets for each movement; 30 wall balls, 15 sdhp, 25 box jumps, 30 push press, 15 calories. Rounds went 116, 115, 100.

Slight correction to my score. After getting some post WOD coaching from Mel, I’m taking 3 reps off because I wasn’t really meeting the standard on a few push press while trying to sneak the last few reps in. Watch the re-dip and make sure you lock out. Squeeze your butt! 🙂

“Fight Gone Bad” – 299 Rx. 20 reps on the WBs and the SDHPs, 24-25 on the box jumps, 17 on the push presses and 17-18 cal on the rower. Was taking a while for the electronics on the rower to kick in so I lost some reps especially on the last round. Good work all around.

335 rx (137, 107, 91) — whoa nelly. First time at this starting on wall balls and doing games style box jumps. So I’ll take this as a PR. A few no reps on wall balls so need to clean that up. And need to push harder that last round… 46 rep difference from first round is silly.

Wrote the wrong score on the board. Obviously trying to do math after Fight Gone Bad is not a good idea.
301 rx. Rounds went 120-93-88. Had at least 2 noreps on the wall balls each round which doesnt help the score out much.
FGB: 200 Rx. Huge PR for me…and by “huge” I mean 2 reps. But I was convinced I’d never break through to 200 on this WOD, to the extent that I almost chose not to count my reps today. Glad I did, and glad I pushed for every damn rep.

Did a modification of yesterday’s WOD today. 4 Cals on Airdyne, 21 muscle cleans 35#, 12 strict pull ups with red band, then 8-15-8, then 12-9-6. 12:06.

211. Had the Rx weights but there were definitely some WBs that did not make the 10 foot mark and some push presses that did not totally lock out. So I will not claim Rx cuz that is bullshizzle. But I was dead on legs by the end and that is what makes me feel right.
