“Thompson” 8 rounds, 35# BS, 35# DB, standing rope climbs. Privileged and honored to remember this fallen hero on this special day!
7+12 rx at the time cap.
“Thompson” 4 rounds, 65#, 35# KB ( had to leave early) These hero workouts are always tough as well they should be to honor these special souls. I would have loved to do all 10!
“Thompson” 9 Rounds 45#BS 25#DB One rope climb .. This Hero/911 WOD is long and challenging- I was proud to fight through every squat to honor the fallen and hero’s of 911 ……
Thompson 7 rounds – 55# BS (was a little over confident with this in warm-up and had to scale down to 18 for rounds 3-7); 2 rope attempts (OK I think I get the foot grip thing now but not sure what to do next so need to practice); 35 # DB walk.
7 + 19 Rx. 30m time cap
530 too early for you today?
8+30 rx at the cap. Grateful for all who are serving or have served.
7 rounds + 13 meters RX (started with the db carry)
8+1 Rx at the cap.
Tried to keep pace w/ Rap on the squats but lost him on round 3. Rope climbs felt great today.
Thompson – 7 rd rx, plus 27 bs (started w bs), 70lb kb versus db. This was tough, and I feel grateful to do these wods. I hope I don’t fall down the stairs on sat am…
7 + 22 @ cap – 75# back squat, still feeling it!
Thompson – 8 rds RX ( started with DB carry). This was a grind today. Great 930 crew and thanks to Carolyn for the huge push on the squats.
9. Rx.
Thompson 8 + 29 BS and Farmers carry – needed the rope climb. Just a grind, but pretty easy when I think I get to do it, unlike so many friends 13 years ago. Glad I got to think about it during my efforts.
7+29 #55 carry, rx bs
Thompson: 5+10, Rx-ish. Did the Rx weights but needed some assistance from my legs to pull up from a seated start position on the ropes.
8 rounds rx everything, but scaled weight to 75. Brutal
remembering 9/11 today…
in your honor Captain Thompson, RIP

6+1 RX. Such a mental grind but loved it! Grateful for the heroes who serve us! Thanks for motivating me 12:30!
9+25 with 75# and 70lb BD.
Thompson: 6+30, 35#BS, 35#dB walk, 3 rope pull ups
Thompson- 6+18 (65#BS, 55#DB) made it thru 2 standing rope climbs until I came down and rolled my ankle. I had to sit out for a good 5 minutes until I gathered my bearings and proceeded. A rolled ankle is nothing to the sacrifices our Hero’s made 13 years ago!
Thompson- 8+5 (65# BS, 35#DB, 2 Rope Climb Attempts)
9+14 55#db pissed I was so close
7 + 10. Started rx but had to switch to empty bar on squats after round 2 because of knee.
Thanks to those who serve and have served.
Thompson. 29:35
10. with 75# BS and 70lb DB
Thompson – 8+11 started with DB carry. 45# for the squats, 100lb for the DB carry. Great energy at the 5:30pm to honor all those who have or still serve
Thompson: 8 + 1 45# BS/35# DB 1400m run. I so appreciate the Hero WODs. I take so much for granted. Having these opportunities to reflect on those who gave their lives and the loss for their families is extraordinarily humbling. My honor and respect to those who put their life on the line everyday – thank you.
Thompson-7+5meters @ 75# squat, 100# db-started on BD carry
