DT 8:48 Rx. I think I tried this RX last spring and took almost 20 minutes (didn’t record it). Huge PR. 1st round unbroken. 2nd-5th rounds broke after 11 deads and 8 cleans. Great WOD for Veterans Day!

Post wod work – Flight Simulator – great work Tara and Bill – killed it! I killed it in a way very different than the way you two did…this is on my list to improve – 26:03 (I think).
