Endurance WOD (not sure on timing yet)

200m jog, 300m run, 100m walk
Each distance should have the same finish time (ex: 1min, 1 min, 1min)

First two rounds a little conservative then picked it up for remaining five
200m jog avg: 1:05
300m run avg: 1:04
100m walk avg: 1:12
I averaged about 5-10 seconds slower than Mel’s times. She is hard to keep up with. Beautiful day for a run!
MOM: 8:23 @ 115# Snatch, 225# DL – :44 second time improvement, with 20# more on the snatch, and 40# more on the DL than last time.

At the hotel gym in Providence for a FH Conference this weekend
Fri: Was going to do the 4mi TT but after a good paced 1mi on the treadmill my achilles was pissed off, so moved to the old school rower and did 2x2000m. It’s amazing the difference technology makes in a Concept 2! The fat handle and tension was TOUGH.
Sat: 1hr of PT and mobility
Sun: 1hr Indoor trainer ride at home last night. Played around with cadence and wattage.

Mind Over Matter – 8:21, 115#DL, 45# FS. DL was 10-15 # too light bc of my sub-par math skills, thought I had more on the bar.
MOM- 9:13 DL 155, OHS 70#. First time on this wod and first time ever using more than 65# for OHS.
Put it on the Achievement board!
Mind Over Matter: 10:42, 185# DL, 65# OHS… Could have gone a tad heavier on DL, and needs to improve mobility for heavier load on OHS. Great vibe @ 9:30 a.m.

One of my goals is to start hitting snatch/OHS wods with 135, so this was a big step forward for me!
