Groundhog Day WOD – 30:03 8 Rounds 400 Meter Run 30 squats w/ 16# DB – 20 Sit ups w/ 16# DB – 10 PU
Home wod: death by burpees – (16min)
20 amrap: (5 + 48)
10 push up
8 pistol
10 tuck jump
20 jack
20 plyo lunge
30 sit up
30 sec plank
Then tabata handstand hold
I did that 7 minute burpee thing again…. 40 on 20 off.
beat my last score by 4 burpees. 88 this time.

i took sam’s route and retried the burpee one — this time i made it through 20 mins with 14 burpees in the :40 — last time i only did 15 mins — please no more snow storms, i honestly don’t think i can do more than 20 mins of this!

Burpees 40 on 20 off for 7 mins: 99. Same as last week. Really wanted to crack 100. Next snow day!

Mon: On treadmill
1 mile warm up
8 Rounds of :20 on/:10 off @ 4.5% incline and 8.6mph
1/2 mile easy
6 rounds of above @ 8.8mph
1/2 mile easy
4 rounds @9.0mph
1/4 mile easy
2 rounds @9.2mph
(Next time start w/ 8.8)
