Pass the courvoisier – 12:47 RX failed the very first squat snatch in an effort to keep up with bill and Manchester. Hit the rest of the ohs unbroken after some great cues from Kate!

Very happy w/ this morning. OHS are not my strongest movement, but my mobility continues to get better and I was able to stick to my goal of not using my lifters.
I was really debating doing 15.1 again, but decided against it. Although I wanted to better my score, if I’m being honest, my T2B were pretty good and I’m happy with the C&J. DL’s aren’t my strongest movement so why risk hurting myself just to go faster. I think not doing it again was a bigger mental break thru than doing it once more. Hopefully 15.2 is a fun one.
So much for not doing it again…

Pass the Courvoisier – 13:56 Rx. Thank you Kate for the encouragement. I think that is the most weight I’ve done in a wod with OHS. HUGE breakthrough – even after seeing last night that today’s wod was a lot of rowing (huge GOAT) I slept through the night. Usually I wake up 3 times praying it isn’t 4:59am yet! #PROGRESS!!!!
