13:52 Rx – Wow!!!! I went out way to fast and couldn’t get it back after a blazing first round. The thrusters are much more challenging than they look.
Rambo – 11:54 95# DL, 15# (squats no thrusters- being kind to my shoulder)
125# dl, 20# thrusters…12:06…that was a strong challenge!!
