Such great energy this morning. That’s what it all about. Overall, I’m really happy. I struggle with muscle ups and really had to focus to ensure I got full lockout before choking up and starting the pull. Thanks to Manchester for judging and keeping it in check.

At this time last year I could occasionally get one really ugly muscle-up. In my previous 4 years of doing the open I have only completed 2 muscle-ups total. This year I did 18. Amazing to see the progress. And so happy for all of you seeing that progress today as well. Getting multiple muscle-ups, some firsts, and huge numbers of reps. Congrats everyone!

15.3 scaled: 684 reps- total jet lag here in Rome but managed to track down the local box and get through this!
15.3 at north naples crossfit, naples, FL. 511 scaled. The heat and humidity really got to me, I can’t remember ever feeling like I can’t breathe/was light headed in a wod. Was frustrating because that definitely limited me. But happy I was able to get it in.
15.3 with my own scaling. Muscle up attempts, 50 wall balls w/ 14 lb, and 50 DU’s. Got through 215. Was able to string together 3 MU’s in a row, then didn’t get any after that. Got 4 in a row warming up too.
