Snatch, Clean and Deadlift
With a running clock, every minute add weight…
Snatch (start with 50% of your 1 Rep Max) for as long as possible – Add 10#’s each minute
Once you cannot snatch the weight…
Clean for as long as possible – Add up to 20#’s each minute
Once you cannot clean the weight…
Deadlift for as long as possible – Add up to 50# each minute

185/330/325….clean- back squat- deadlift. Stopped at 185 on the clean, wrist wasn’t feeling right. 40# PR on the backsquat l, felt like I had a lot more in me to keep going higher. Haven’t attempted a high weight since November. Ran out of time on the deadlifts.

165# (PR) / 215# / 335#
The snatch felt really good all morning. 165 went up fairly easily and 175 was right there, just lost my confidence dropping under the bar. Same on the cleans. 215 was ok and then at 225, the number got in my head and I didn’t drop under the bar.
Cannot wait to do this again.

75# 105# 215# (40# PR) – 3x 800 m run 1 m rest btw – had trouble finding stability with my unconscious brain protecting my bulbous shin for Snatch and Clean – Happy all around and so impressed with the ladies – Julie at 270, Marissa at 235, Maria and Robin – awesome you guys!!

The only one I’m positive about was my DL at #285. Snatch was around#120-#125 and clean was around #185-#190, I think. They might have been heavier, but I can’t remember. PR’s all around.

Snatch, Clean, Deadlift – 85 / 135 / 225 -1 rep max weights for snatch and clean 5# PR on the deadlift. Last lift had the wrong weight on bar so loaded it up correctly after the workout and got 230.
80# snatch/115# clean/205# DL. 5# PR on my snatch but it wasn’t pretty. Yep, I just said it, my snatch wasn’t pretty today. 5# under my clean PR, 15# under my DL PR.

145/205/365 – for those keeping score, I reached my Snatch 1RM, 10# under my Clean, and 20# under my DL. Feel good about that.
