At College Hill Crossfit in Greensboro, NC — Super Troopers — 1 rd 30 pullups/50 situps/70 DU; 2 rds 20 pu/40 su/60 du; 3 rds 10/20/40.
15:08 – subbed ring rows for pullups (still too much soreness). Did their rx numbers for situps and their scaled numbers for DU and rr (cut in half). Was hitting my dubs somewhat consistently which was good.
6:57 @135#. Forgot how much I am not a morning workout person. Those 135# front squats felt like 200#. My back usually doesn’t come around and place nice until noon time, lol.
Good to see some faces that I haven’t seen in awhile though or don’t see very often!
