Light that never comes – 12:41 85#. PC 11-8, 7-6-6, 5-5-5-4, PJ 10-5, 10-5, 10-5, CTB 5-5, 5-3-2, 4-2-2-2. Forearms! Thank you Kate for the push, I would have not done that weight or gotten back on the bar as quickly without your help. Small but fun class this am!

First time doing butterfly chest to bars in a wod. They weren’t pretty but I did them. Very small sets of 1-4 the whole time.

Went lighter than I planned but made progress on form. assisted PU mostly pain-free. Did a couple of unassisted kpu warming up but it still hurts too much to WOD with

15:58 115#. Did hang cleans for round 1, and push presses the whole time. Totally confused as I did this one by myself. Like to try again after proper warm-up and with the group. Did hit all CTB’s for first time ever in a workout!

round 1: cleans unbroken, jerks 10-5, c2b 5-5.
rounds 2-3 the same:
cleans: 10-9, Jerks:10-5 C2B: 5 butterfly, and then a hodgepodge of butterflies and singles.
having read what others did… I bet if I did quick sets of 5 on the cleans I’d move faster throughout instead of so much staring at the bar.
