Double Jackie: 24:45 35# Cardo is coming back very slowly.. The row felt fine, Thrusters round one, big sets, round two, needed to break up in sets 10’s. PU’s have become a strength where I can make up time from my tea time rowing. Both rounds of PU’s I did 10/10/10

Jackie times two – 22:52 rx – PR of “Jackie” at 10:08 ( previous 11:20). Second round was certainly slower and mentally tough to get moving on the rower the second time. Thanks Tony P for pushing through those last pull ups – Would not have gotten those done as quickly on my own!
Endurance after with Michele at a casual pace –
5x 500m, rest 1min, 300m, rest 1min, 200m, rest 1min (total of 5000m = 3.125 miles)

Jackie Times Two – at 25:00 time cap, I had completed 1 round plus 1K row and 25 thrusters; 35#, green and red bands (15 PU)
Did the rows, 30 thrusters (#35) and 15 pu (green band). At 26 minutes had done all but last 15 pull-ups.

“Jackie x2”–25:00 only got through in think 6 pull ups in the second round. I did not use my time wisely on the thrusters. They killed me.
