“Heads Will Roll” 60# , 55# 3 rounds + 4. – PUs, red band, dips -red band, fun one! Thanks Brett and Lisa for sharing the bar,
225#. 5 rounds rx. round per minute through 3 minutes and then 2 minutes per round after, big drop off. my shoulders have been problematic recently and they just died starting on the 4th round of muscle ups.
Heads Will Roll – 60#, 3 rounds + 1, 45#, red and green band pull-ups, bench dips. Fun to work with Brett and Kathy!
wiping this day off the books. did the workout at 135# which was not a problem. muscle ups on the other hand were very sketchy – not sure why. i spent 2+ minutes failing the third muscle up. frustrating.
Triplet: 175# – picked up 185# and promptly put it down. WOD: 2 rounds + pullups and dips. (I started on pullups and dips) @ 155#.
Cash in -175# – 135# 2 rounds + 2 sets of CTB + dips
Jerk Complex – 105# had more to go but ran out of time
Heads Will Roll – 3 rounds + 8 reps , 65#, 2 Strict CTB and 2 Ring Dips X 3 for the MU’s
60# for Push Jerks x3 (no split jerk, due to foot) then 4 rounds at 45# with 6 green banded pull ups and 6 box dips per round.
195# for complex. Probably had more. But wanted to focus on split.
3+1. Rx. Hit triple on MUs in Rd 1. Pumped. But smoked me for future rounds.
Rx’d my yelling today too. Sorry if I scared anyone.
165# complex
3+1 with 135#. faster MUs got me thru 3 rounds – 3/2-1/1-1-1. Frst time linking 3 in a WOD. Trying to keep pace with Cash and Ken on Push Jerks.
75#
4+3 (65#, 3 blue band strict ctb, 3 red band ring dip)
130# complex, 2 mu in wod and 1 in practice! Holy shit!!!
I loved the fact that Bill thought two people got them but it was just you screaming both times… So awesome!
BOOYAAA
Amazing job!
complex: Hit 205# with ease – 225 next time!
wod: 3+3 rx – had a minor mishap mid-wod – actually managed to catch my elbow and shoulder in the extra slack of the ring strap which hangs from the ceiling….yup apparently that’s possible; I was just happy to walk away with my shoulder still attached to my body.
Glad you’re ok Andrew!
Complex: 110#
Wod: 3 even 95# ctb/brd
20# pr on both since last time!

225#, 5+8 rx.
Cash In: 135# WOD: 3 Rounds 95#, chest to bars and push ups in place of dips. Shoulder did not have it today to attempt a dip. Probably should have avoided the wall balls yesterday but they are so much fun.

Complex – 130# (hit 135 on push jerks but missed on the split jerk) – all PRs
WOD – 105#, 2 rd + 9 PU/RD + 4J
205# complex
3+1 Rx,
225# on the complex (failed three times on the split jerk at 235#, slipped, caught my chin and then just beat) – need to focus more on technique at the higher weights.
5+6 (MUA first 3 rounds then switched to PU/RD)
105#, 3 rnds + 4 65# RedBandPu/RD – stayed for yoga after – much needed!!
