6+4. 45# barbell, 18# KB. Both were too light but was good to focus on form
5+8 (55#, 20#)
No real intensity – just trying to move smoothly without the bad kind of pain. Goal achieved!
Subbed 8 x 70lb kettlebell swings for the 16 x 53lb. And added two 50m runs to chase barbell through parking lot.
