P: 80# PR! Was stuck on 75# for, I don’t know, half a year before?? so this was surprising seeing as I’ve taken some time off of crossfit (and I did it twice!)
PP: 105#
PJ: 90# pj not a strength of mine, form was funny.
That PR lift was so solid! Strong woman.
90, 105, 125.
Even more importantly: no fear, pain, doubt, or hesitation on any of these lifts because of my shoulder. Eff yeah!!!! So stoked!
