10+12 rx (45# dumbbell)
As much as I wanted to workout today, I don’t think I have it in me. This week was rough.
10+11 (25#, 53# kb, pull ups)
8+3 rx. (35# DB)
TKO. 11+24. DB 25#, KB 45#.
2nd CF class so I went too light on the dumbbells and kettle ball. Did 13 sets of 20#, 20#, and ring rows and got through the 10 reps of dumbbells before time ended. Could have tried having 30# and 25# dumbbells ready and 25# kettle ball.

TKO: 9 + 4 – DB 15# (thought I would need to scale at some point but I made it!!); KB 26#; ring pull-ups. Posting on Monday afternoon and still feeling it!
