Needed a rest day.. Woke up this morning and the body was screaming REST…. Tomorrow is a new day!!!
Modified Travel WOD today, 100 sit-ups, 100 push ups, 50 squats… Didn’t track my time but should have… That’ll be the last time I do that one for a LONG time – I was gased big time at the end. Getting better range of motion with my hip / adductor and squats.

3 points – today was tough. Work had a pizza party, but stuck with my whole foods/zone friendly lunch!
