OHS – Worked up to 170# x 3. Really happy with this as my previous 1RM OHS was 165#.
WOD – 9:23 (185# DL / 115# OHS)

OHS: 185 *3 matching my previous pr for this lift… and I had a new 1rm pr 190# but I think I could do 200 if we were shooting for a 1rm. good goal.
wod: 11:48 Rx. 7seconds slower than last time. deads were ugly. sore from pulling a 1RM on saturday.

9:07 for the WOD (185#/95#) Lost some time dropping from 115# OHS to 95#. Felt slow and sluggish tonight and it shows in the time. I’ll try to be faster and peppier tomorrow.
I ran 3 miles today, I felt like ti could go on forever! – I remember running the same route last year and dying less than a mile in and walk/running the rest. I felt GREAT today! Coduln’t believe it. I haven’t run in months and months. I <3 Crossfit and Daybreak:D
OHS: 90#. Definitely think I could have done more but ran out of time.
