Front Squats – 5 @ 205#, 5 @ 225#, 5 @ 235# (last time we did this, I got 3@ 235# but failed on reps 4 & 5. I’ll take it!)
Row – 7:12.6 (just didn’t have a PR in me after the air dyne warm up and front squats. Definitely rested a few pulls in there)
Front squats: 155# (could have gone heavier, mobility felt better)
Row – 6:41.1 PR (great advice from Rich, really helped to be paced for the first 3 500m splits). thx Mel for the push.

FS 80# 2K Row: 10:04 Love the air dyne.. Might I suggest cages on the pedals, this will allow you to push and pull – giving you even pedal strokes. This will not make it easier, it will work the tops & bottom of your legs on each stroke thus building Sleek Sex legs….
FS 205… Hah. I was whining about how I didn’t feel strong… and this is 10# more than i’ve ever done for a 5rm effort with FS. boom!
2000m row: 6:59 my first time at this distance. biggest problem is consistency. one pull my pace is 1:55, the next its 1:42. Zev’s time is incredible.
Front Squat: 185#, I’m pretty sure this is the first time going heavy with a front squat. Pleased with the three sets of five at 185#.
2000m row: 7:40 (beat my PR by :26), I had another pace in mind but like Bill said I didn’t have that much left after the warm ups and squats. Although I wasn’t squating 235# like Bill so may I have no excuse, lol….
225# 5x front squat and 7:39.3 2k row
I just checked the 2k scores from last time and I did do it I PR by 1:16! And I know my 1 max front squat back in the parking lot days was 225# and I did it for 5 reps today!
FS: 185# x 5, 185# x 5, 205# x 5
2K Row: 7:22.5 – PR!
FS 155 # X5 2K ROW 9:21
FS: 120# 3×5 … felt really good, I think I definitely could have hit 125+
2k: 9:06 … really paced myself which is typically my biggest weakness so I’m happy with it.
Did 5 rounds of 5 cal airdyne and 20 DUs (6:49) followed by a 2 min max cal on the airdyne (12 cal) this afternoon. Brutal!!
FS: 235, 245, 245 — Lifted with Eddie tonight. Guy is on fire.
2KR: 7:34.1 — 1 sec PR but boy was I not ready for this tonight. It hurt.
