I accidentally baked them at 265 instead of 365 … no wonder they came out so gooey! But they still taste great 🙂
Whew. This WOD was a grind. Felt every deadlift on the row and every push-up from Saturday on the burpees. Fun regardless.

5+6 RX. Heart rate was certainly up on this one!

“Shipping Up” 4 rounds even (25#). Edgar redid 14.3 less than 5 minutes before class started and then still did this WOD. He got 3+3 (10#).
