First time doing this WOD as a member of DCF. In my head I wanted sub 10:00 but really didn’t have a reference point to base that on. I hadn’t gone back to check my time from when we did this at CrossFit Newton. Pleasantly surprised when I got home and went back to the CFN blog to check it out. Felt yesterday’s cash out on every box jump.

So…I’ve lost 5lbs (although if I’m being honest, I think that 200# back in August was generous. Must have been a full moon and the gravitational pull wasn’t as strong.) and I took 1:35 off my time.
“Christine” – 11:12 Rx (185#) PR. cut over 45 seconds thanks to Willis, whom I was chasing (unsuccessfully).
“Christine” – 11:11 Rx (190#) – I think Zev and I should meet in the middle at 11:11.5 for both of us. The chase works both ways!
Christine: 14:55 Rx (142#). .32 PR from last April.

Christine: 13:40 #55 Mod-SU.. I finally think I found a way to push/pull on the rower for better distance, I kepted my knee’s together when I was fully extended for a extra power push before I pulled. Thoughts?
