Did 10 du attempts and 100 single unders each time. (Got a few here & there, even did a double single double once, which is huge for me!)
55# with front squats for push jerk.
“Blurry” 11:17 100 x2 Single Unders- 55# 1-3 compete rounds 4&5 55# Deadlift & Power Cleans. Push Jerks didn’t happen, I was in complete failure.. I have my first tear on my right hand small but fresh, I couldn’t get my mind off the pain when the bar went over head. 🙁
Good job on knowing your limit today! That’s so important…I think it’s equally important to all the other stuff. Hand tears can put you way out of commission (like Jeff, who got an infection) so it’s better to let it heal and then get back in the game.
