I was actually looking at the leaderboard yesterday wondering when this one would come up again…can’t wait to tackle it in the morning. Need to finally break 20 rounds.
18 + 19 Rx. I just cannot crack 20 rounds on this one. Pull ups were better. Push ups were a struggle in later rounds. Broke them up to sets of 5/3/2. Need to work on transition between movements too.
Don’t forget you just hit a 3 round PR!

17 Rx. The last three minutes were a dark place. However, this gives me hope that Murph is a do-able WOD.
Cindy 15 +5 Rx. Push ups were my death on this one. Able to kip the pull ups for all sets. Squats were fine. Push ups went on the third round. Does not help that my home WOD on Sunday included push ups.

A disappointing 14 + 11 rounds. My push-ups suck and I burnt out way too early!
