First time doing squat snatches…secretly feared these since the lifting clinic…happy to figure it out and to find that weightless moment heading into the squat. Look forward to attempting with added weight next time. Also getting the kipping swing – progress!
Party showed up for 530pm instead of the AM 🙂 great class with awesome energy — 10 rounds rx– went for that plus 1 but didn’t finish the squat when Mel called time
