finished the kb swings and double unders in 9:26, rx. 8 muscle ups.

Appropriate name for this WOD. My shoulders were absolutely smoked. The KB swings escalate quickly! 🙂

Stronger: Ouch this one killed me. Got through the 30’s on swings and 15 DU.
I sucked. 12:15. Only made it through only 30 KBS and did half RX DU’s. Arms and shiulders were smoked.

Stronger- 10:20, did 12# ball slams for the DU’s (25,20,15,10,5) then worked on MU technique for the remainder of the time.
