“Badger” 30:55 RX
This workout smoked me! Started off with around 15 cleans and quickly found myself moving to sets of 5 and eventually quick singles in the last round. Pull-ups weren’t feeling great today, shoulders haven’t fully recovered from this week. Wanted sub 30. Maybe next time! Awesome 8 am class today!
21:31rx — first time my pullups weren’t a huge roadblock.. Must be all that fabulous coaching and programming from the magical Mel:) Saturdays at Daybreak are my favorite! Hell of a job by all!
Badger – FTL (failure to launch). I should have listened to my body and taken the day off. I will do this again when I’m rested. Great job today 8amers!!
You were a great example today. We all need to know when to just shut it down and listen to our bodies. In many ways, it’s harder stop than it is to just limp through a WOD.
Badger: Huh? I didn’t see what hit me….oh it was Badger…2 + 10 55# SC, red + green band assist PU(2nd round 15 SC, 20 PU)…where is the respirator kept? 🙂
Badger: 33:15. 45# power cleans, 30 ring row, ran 400 then rowed 400 x 2 and ran the last 800. Great job 9:00 am! Thanks Kate for all the encouragement!
32:08 rx. (30 sec PR). Haha.

Badger: 33:15. 45# power cleans, 30 ring row, ran 400 then rowed 400 x 2 and ran the last 800. Great job 9:00 am! Thanks Kate for all the encouragement!
Badger: 33:26. Each round: 20 hang power cleans @ 75# (10# over Rx…penalty for the mod!), 20 pull-ups, 800 meter run.
27:30 (95# hang cleans; row for the run). I look forward to doing this without modification. Hell of a workout.
