Say It Ain’t So: 11:10? Can’t remember my time. 35# snatches (struggled with form while practicing and went with low weight — good idea. But once I got the move down, I could have handled more). 2 mats on HSPU — almost got the set of 15 unbroken thanks to some good tips on keeping balance.
“Say it ain’t So” started with 50#, wrist hurt went down to 45#, DB 15# for hand stands because of wrist! time? It’s on the board. Good job Andy M getting your first handstand!!
