13:14 rx. Unbroken the first round, 8.4.3 on the second, 8.1 on the third…that last round was disappointing but psyched for the first round
Represent: 13:30, 55#, 2 runs 1 row. runs slow my time down. Should have gone a bit heavier on the weight. Used to be able to BS a lot more but in time it will come back.
I’ve been at DCF 3 months now. See so many positive changes in my physical well being. Many thanks to all the coaches at DCF.
