SUGGESTION: If you haven’t done this yet, grab an ab mat for the lunges before you head outside.

“All Me”: 36 seconds (for fastest 150) RX. Glad I found the nerve to go with the 25#. Side note: I know different classes were timing this one differently, so don’t go thinking I beat your time if you were in one of the classes timing lunges + run and not just run!

All Me- :43 (10#) starting doing overhead jumping lunges but my foot and ankle started to kill so went to 12 squats for the last two rounds.
