got through 391 reps at the time cap, rx. only 9 reps to go, but still feel like i needed another 3 minutes.

“These Streets” 361 85# C&J, blue band PU’s, 14# MB. Man – that was a killer, especially after as much time away from working out as I’ve had recently. I am going to be sore all over for awhile. In other words, it was great!
“These Streets” – 380 Rx (30min Cap). I tried really hard to keep pace with Tara but just couldn’t hang on in the final set of wallballs. Then came the C&Js, and it all came apart. This was, however, a great way to start the week.
390 rx. How’s this for a Monday? No mercy. And haaaaa-uge 530a class today! Big time energy today.
you got 391. stop shorting yourself, you caught me. thanks for the huge push….although jogging back to the bar after you finished the pullups quicker then me probably killed me. who knew a 20 ft jog could make me almost need a bucket.
“These Streets” – 378 [115#] (30 min cap). I was a sissy on the wall balls. Should have been doing sets of 15. I was dialed in for the second set of 50 pull ups though- felt good. Impressive showing this morning out of Rap, Manchester and Willis. Great way to start the week.
300 RX. Cut it short by two minutes. Had some knee pain on the second set of wall balls and thought it would be smarter stop.

377 with105# on the C & J. My 2nd round or WB’s was a killer but was able to get 10/10/5/5/10/10 on the 2nd round of PUs. Great push 12:30!
These Streets: 300 115# This one killed me today.
These Streets: 335, 35# C&J, jump PU’s, 6#WB, 20″ step ups. I came in with a miserable attitude and had a miserable performance. Went too light on purpose. For my Cheat workout I will do a 50 burped penalty.

I owe Justin who was in my ear on every clean on the last set. Had about 4:30 to get them done but just couldn’t move fast enough. Absolute mental meltdown.

That was tough. Mental victory in getting the 100 box jumps (step-ups) as a straight set.
These Streets Mega mods due to DOMS from Sat’s throwdown. My body is not recovering well these days. Sinus infections are the worst!
19:50 – 260 reps total
25 Cleans 55#, 30 Green band strict pull ups, 45 WB 14#, 60 step ups – and back down.
These Streets- 24:18 (hang clean & jerks 65#,
25 KPU’s, 6# WB but went to the black line because of how light the ball was, 100 box jumps 20″alternated with step ups)
These Streets: 265 with 65# (C&J) and 10# (WB). Really fought to get all 50 kipping pull ups…glad I stuck with it. It was fun to have the rig to myself at the end there as I chipped away in sets of 2s and 3s 🙂 Great big huge 5:30pm class. We’re all making up for Saturday! Funny how 800 meters of running will keep people away, but give ’em a boatload of this stuff and you’ve got yourself a party. Some nice classic CF today. Great job, everyone!

262 75# My head was not in the game yesterday but I lived. Good enough. Light and fast on the clean and jerks but my legs just did not want to do wall balls…
