“Hands On Me” 6:53, 35#KB for 30, switched to 26# for 20+10, sore lower back. First time doing box jumps(not step ups and jumps) for the whole workout!) Thanks to the soft boxes! Still unsure with the wooden box.
6:45 Rx really excited about the jumps. After doing step-ups for two months it felt awesome to do all the jumps with no pain. My knee is back! (still felt sucky though…hahah)
