“Ready For The Weekend” – 80# – 4 rounds with the 10 push presses then down to 5 PP’s for next 16 rounds. 10 DU’s or attempts each round and I did get all 10 done during 5 or 6 of the rounds (not just attempts). That sucks, I know, but I have to see it as progress.
6 rounds completed rx, and then i felt like a train wreck. the next 6 minutes were 4 rounds of whatever i could do with two rounds off, then stripped to 95# and did whatever i could for the last 8 rounds.
ok, I feel better after reading those comments. I did this at home and the 1st 3 rounds I did 10/8/6 pp @ 55#, then for the remainder I did 5 pp. I did 20 dus for 1st 3 rounds too and then moved down to 15.
You would have had no doubt if you’d done it at the box. The 5:30 AM class was all sounds of pain and anguish so there was no doubting how hard this one was. Yikes!
No!! It was way hard! I did 55# and made 10 PP for I think 6 rounds! Something happened to my DU in warmup so just did 20 SINGLES so I kept moving… Rounds 7-20 I did 5 PP!
10 reps for 5 rounds at 75# and 20 singles. After that 5 reps and 20 singles. Trying to figure out how this got me ready for the weekend.
Haha. This comment made me laugh!
“Ready for the Weekend” – That was awful. I stayed fairly consistent within a range: (7-10 PP at 95#) and 10 20# ball slams per round. Round 12 or 13 I only did 5 PPs.
“Ready for the Weekend” – 5 Rx (3 PP / 10 DU for rounds 7-20)
“Ready for the weekend” – 20 RDS 35# SU – I stayed true to 10 & 20 on each set and maintained 23 to 33 seconds on each round.. I could have gone to 40# but I’m not sure I could have managed 10 reps on each round. I did do a few DU’s in the warm up along with a few whip marks.. POST WOD 2500 MM Row to stretch my back, neck and shoulders..
“Ready For The Weekend” 20 rounds ( 7 reps at 55#, SU) I stayed consistent throughout the 20 rounds which tells me I should’ve done the 10 reps or gone heavier. My shoulders are still toast!

I liked the feeling of going heavy on the shoulders. But being honest w myself… Next time I should prob use 75# and see how far I could get w 75# and 20 dubs. That’s what I need to work on. Great workout!!! Great job 8:30
Ready for weekend
6 rounds 10PP @ 95# 20 SU
7th round 10 PP no SU
8th round Break
12 round 6 PP 15 SUs
Ready for the weekend…what a fun one to do after reading all off the comments;-)
the goal was 7 pp at 95# and 20 du’s. Did that for 6 rds, took rd 7 off and got the 7 pp for the rest of the rounds. In rd 13 and 17 I took off du’s. That was brutal. And I’m not even sure if that’s right, I’m still feeling off.
Ready for the weekend – 5 rds @ 55# 10/20 & then 14 rds at 5/10….. probably should have scaled reps and increased weight a bit at the start or maybe moved to 7/15 after the break
Ready For the Weekend- 20 Rounds (55# 7 reps) Every other 10DU/20singles
Ready for the Weekend: 20 rnds, 35#, watch out – got the double under on multiple attempts, even strung 2 DU together – oh yeah!!
15 rounds, 45#, 5 reps, 20 SU. Attempted some DUs. Thanks Michelle for informing me that I did 10 pounds more than I thought!
Ready for the Weekend- 10 rds 10PU’s, 20 DU’s and 10 rds 5PU’s, 20 DU’s
