10:10 rx. liked this one. kept about a 1:47 pace, went 22-4-4 on the jerks, and then unsurprisingly couldn’t keep up with justin on the run. looking forward to repeating this sometime to see if i can hit the 30 jerks unbroken.
Pound the Alarm: 11:21 65# 4:07(?) pace row (could easily pick up a few seconds here…) 15-5-5-5 jerks, felt GOOD on the run – had Justin to pace my first 400 which was nice!
“Pound the Alarm” – 14:11 Rx (i was faster but not at Rx weight last time)
Row – 3:17
Jerks (not feeling these today) – 5/5/5/5/4/4/2
Run – slow but its good to be running again
Pound the Alarm

4:00 row 65# jerks 10/5/5/3/2/3/2 lost a lot of time here and then the run felt hard. I added 10 seconds to my time for an incomplete first lap-forgot to cut back to the door.
12:04 Rx should have held on to that first one longer…11,9,6,4. Fun 12:30, nice work Eddie, couldn’t catch you on the run. Nice Rx, Tony, and good to see you Rich!
15:40 Rx. First time at 135#. Slow going…I was inside jerking while the rest of 12:30 was running.
Bad side Hammy/Piroformis and back on fire from “play hard”.
Pound The Alarm 13:40, 50#, row for run, first row and all 30 jerks were a complete mess. Second row was good. The more I tried to make corrections the worse things got. Very disappointing.

Does it make me super childish that this post made me giggle uncontrollably?
I don’t think so

50 Air squats instead of Jerks… yuck! just want to lift the barbell overhead!!
13:30 #95 Row and Run were good, jerks were slow, all sets of 5. Was 3rd or 4th off the rower and 2nd to last out the door.
