351 rx (135, 108, 108) PR by 16. Started on wall balls. Last time we did this it was 335 (137, 107, 91)… the only difference was really just holding on to that last round and getting the full minute on push presses.
“Fight gone Bad” 197 rx The last time I did this WOD- 176 rx PR- 31 reps.. WB were tough going – rounds 2 and 3 I found myself doing singles due to a little tennis elbow going on.. KB- Round 3 I thrusted to hard and hit an area on my body and saw stars – That’s correct, My vagina saw stars and NOT in a good way! OUCH..

Hike gone bad: starting off the new year with a slightly different focus. Stability and mobility. Re-injured a shoulder issue NYE day on a hike, no less. This month I am all about my PT and the bike. Here we go 2015!
