First Barbara – 32:33 RX woah….that was a ton of work! Splits – 3:23, 3:48, 4:11, 4:42, 4:29. defibiteky looking forward to hitting this again and pushing for a sub 30 time.

I came into today looking forward to PR’ing this. Instead this turned into a huge confidence killer. missed my PR from june by 4 minutes. i thought my gymnastics-type movements were getting better. looking forward to wiping today from my memory and doing better with this one next time.
You learn more from these days than you do a PR. Wipe the slate. Punch tomorrow in the face.

Barbara – 2nd time doing this, was prob one of my first DB wods. Today 36:22 Rx, June 10, 2014 – 39:06 Rx, I’ll take it!!! I actually denoted in my notes that I almost passed out after the first time doing this – ha! #PROGRESS!! I like this one.

Modified Barbara at home – 200 m row, 30 russian swings, rest rx – rested 2 mins in between rounds, not 3 splits 3:58, 4:02, 3:57, 3:59, 3:50.
Barbara- 3 Rounds +13 reps.. What can I say- She got me! I was in round 4 feeling strong moving through my Pu’s and drop down off the rig to rest. Instead I landed on my left knee (bad knee) It just blow out!! Down in a heap I went… I just saw stars.. Ice and rest is the plan for today! Thank you all for check in on me through txt ad FB. It’s so nice to have a strong crossfit community/family. 🙂
Barbara 40:30 or :40 something. Red band kpu. Rnd 1 – 20 RB kpu, 15 regular push-ups. Rnd 2 switched to 15 RB kpu. I really wanted to maintain the regular push-ups but my arms gave out in round 4 at about 10 so then fought for the knee pushups the rest of the way. Holy exhaustion at the end….

31:15 Rx. 2 min PR. Pull ups (20, 16/4, 16/4, 15/5, 15/5). Push ups which are usually a strength were tough today.

Barbara: 37:39, 1st rd 20,30,40,50 rep scheme, Rds 2-5 was Masters Rep Scheme of 10, 20, 30, 40. This was perfect and I was able to keep good form on all reps and do all 5 rds. It was a mental win. Thnx Coach Michelle.

First time w/ Barbara – 40:03… but I started the last round by waiting less than two minutes trying to beat 40 🙂 Got a splitting headache during the rest after round 3… focused on my breathing round 4 & 5 and that helped. Push ups from my knees, only 10 kipping pull ups in the last two round (was being a baby about my hands)
Barbara 4+71 Green band PU, knee PU, 35 AS 1st and 2nd round then for rounds 3 and 4 did assault bike in place of AS (10 cals).

Attempted the endurance wod afterwards but only made it 2 rounds before I thought my legs were going to collapse! 2x 400m @ 6:40 pace – one min rest.
