Kinda I Want To: But hey, at 5:30 a.m. I kinda didn’t want to…but I’m glad I did. Thanks to you early morning nut jobs for welcoming me to the fold. 3 rounds even with 14# and 10#. “I’ll be back.”
3 rounds + the sled and a few steps with the medball. Used the 10#medball. Had big ideas about using the 14# medball but it was always in use when it was my turn. Oh well…
Kinda, I want to – 3 + sled/200m 14#. Sara we’re like a fungus, we’ll grow all snug on you! Gotta give it a month!! So happy to have you!!!

5 rounds, 10#. Unsure of time- close to 20min. Way to casually mention mid WOD doing 5 rounds, Mel. Sneaky… : )

5 rds – 19:07. rd 1 20# med bal, 2-5 60# sand bag. and then weight vest work out with Mel, Sara, Michelle, and Andrew…good times.

5 rds – 20:03 (4 Rounds w/ 60# sandbag. 1 round w/ 45# plate)
3.957 rounds. Made it to row of cars on the South side of the building at 15 mins.
5 rounds- 22:43 w/ 20# med ball
Also got roped into a 30 minute run/walk with a 30# vest on.
20:00 – 5 rounds, all with 40 lb. bag
3 rnds at 15 min mark. Did an extra round ?? Time. Felt great to run!!

Just over 3 rds at 15-min mark – finished 4th at 18:23.
Did 3 rounds in about 15 minutes. Did 200 meter jog, not carrying anything and did 400 meter row.
5 rounds in 17:56. 40# Bag. Don’t normally post but finally found something I don’t suck at so thought I would share. 😉 Mabye actually going to CF more than twice per month is starting to payoff. Imagine that.
